On Sunday 8th May Café 16 in Newcastle Cathedral provided afternoon tea following Choral Evensong. This was to mark the retirement of Mrs Sue Winfield OBE,CstJ, Lord Lieutenant of Tyne & Wear. The beneficiaries of the collection were the Oswin Project and Newcastle Cathedral. The Oswin Project is most grateful to Mr Gavin Black CBE Vice Lord Lieutenant of Tyne & Wear for organising this and to Mrs Sue Winnfield for her support and encouragement.
