Re-Opening of Cafe 16
Café 16 re- opened after a robust risk assessment and Covid secure measures being put in place on Thursday 14th May as a pre – order and take away service.
Kayaking for Oswin
My story
Rosabel and I have gone mad in lockdown and decided to kayak 21 miles from Dungeness to Boulogne! We’re training in Hastings throughout July and planning to make the crossing in the last week of July!

We are very much open for business, albeit working from home to protect our team, partners, and Oswinners.
It was very exciting to see Café 16 (our Café and bakery for staff and their visitors in HMP Northumberland) open and doing a brisk trade before the current restrictions came into force.
Oswin Gains National Lottery Backing
Oswin Project has been awarded £125,000 by the National Lottery Community Fund over a two year period to help offenders obtain training and work.

Contract Signed For HMP Northumberland Cafe
